Our panels have been sourced through strategic partnerships with social media campaigners, publishers, loyalty programs and professional associations. Well-spoken and well-informed respondents participating in our CATI surveys are also incentivised to join our panel. The ability to maintain a huge CATI center gives us the edge to proactively recruit new and targeted panellist in a short time. We verify personas using LinkedIn, D&B Hoovers, Zoominfo, company websites and other sources. Those personas are tracked for the first 4 to 5 projects to ensure they are not claiming anything we can’t verify. Moreover, our consumer panel and business panels are exclusive, consumers never get a business survey and business panellists never get a consumer survey.
